Escritórios NOESIS
Situado no Centro Empresarial Torres de Lisboa, a sede da NOESIS Portugal ocupa a totalidade de dois pisos.
A intervenção incidiu na reformulação dos interiores, desde a imagem à infraestrutura.
A proposta respondeu à necessidade de organizar 156 postos de trabalho, 4 salas de reuniões, 4 gabinetes administrativos, 4 salas de recrutamento e uma copa.
De planta rectangular, o núcleo central contempla os acessos verticais e instalações sanitárias.
Em torno deste núcleo através de um unico corredor, organizam-se os diversos espaços de trabalho, encerrados ou não.
Nos espaços encerrados optou-se pela utilização de um sistema de paineis integrados em vidro que permite criar uma barreira acústica e momentaneamente visual.
O sistema de caixilharias oculto reduz o impacto visual da estrutura, possibilitando uma maior permeabilidade visual entre os espaços.
Exceptuando os gabinetes e salas de reuniões, que por natureza necessitam de privacidade os restantes espaços funcionam em open space, permitindo a versatilidade de uso e garantindo a adequabilidade futura.
Located in the Business Center Towers of Lisbon, the head office of NOESIS Portugal occupies the totality of two floors.
The intervention focused on the reformulation of the interiors, from the image to the infrastructure.
The proposal responded to the need to organize 156 work stations, 4 meeting rooms, 4 administrative offices, 4 recruitment rooms and a lounge area.
Of rectangular plan, with a central core that incorporates the vertical accesses and sanitary facilities.
The various work spaces are organized around this nucleus through a single corridor.
In the enclosed spaces we opted for the use of a system of integrated panels in glass that allows to create an acoustic and briefly visual barrier.
The concealed frame system reduces the visual impact of the structure, allowing greater visual permeability between spaces.
Except for offices and meeting rooms, which by nature require privacy, the remaining areas are in open space, allowing for the versatility of use and ensuring future suitability.
